Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: Digital PDF downloads are non-refundable once the file has been generated. For the "Ask Us to Create" service, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment, before work has begun.

1. PDF Download (₹99)

Each payment of ₹99 grants you the ability to download a watermark-free PDF of your resume within a 30-minute window. Because the PDF is generated and delivered digitally and instantaneously, refunds are not available once the PDF has been successfully generated.

Exceptions — we will process a full refund if:

  • Payment was deducted from your account but no PDF was generated (technical failure).
  • You were charged multiple times for the same download due to a system error.
  • The PDF generated was blank, corrupted, or substantially different from your preview.

To claim an exception, email us at hello@zustresume.com with your Razorpay order ID within 7 days of the transaction.

2. "Ask Us to Create" Resume Service (₹500)

This is a professional service where our team manually creates a resume for you.

  • Full refund: Cancellations requested within 24 hours of payment and before work has commenced are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • No refund: Once our team has begun working on your resume (you will receive a confirmation email), cancellations are not accepted. We will, however, revise the delivered resume once at no additional charge.
  • Delayed delivery: If we fail to deliver your resume within 5 business days of receiving all required information from you, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@zustresume.com with subject: "Refund Request — [Order ID]"
  2. Include your registered email address and the Razorpay order ID / payment ID.
  3. Briefly describe the issue.
  4. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
  5. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

4. Cancellations by ZustResume

We reserve the right to cancel a transaction and issue a full refund if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected on the payment.
  • The service request contains false or misleading information.
  • We are unable to fulfil the "Ask Us to Create" service for any reason.
