Shipping & Delivery Policy

Note: ZustResume is a 100% digital service. We do not sell or ship physical goods. All deliverables are digital files or services delivered electronically.

PDF Download (₹99)

Delivery method: Instant in-browser download. After payment is verified by Razorpay, your resume PDF is generated in real-time and downloaded directly to your device — no email, no waiting.

Delivery time: Typically within 10–30 seconds of payment verification. PDF generation may take slightly longer for resumes with many sections.

Download window: Your payment unlocks a watermark-free download for 30 minutes. If you do not download the PDF within this window, you will need to make a new payment. Each payment is valid for one download session.

"Ask Us to Create" Resume Service (₹500)

Delivery method: The completed resume is delivered as a PDF and/or editable format to the email address you provided at checkout.

Delivery time: Within 3–5 business days of receiving all required information from you (existing resume, job role, and any preferences).

Process:

  1. You complete payment and submit the request form.
  2. We send a confirmation email within 4 business hours.
  3. We may contact you for any additional details needed.
  4. The completed resume PDF is delivered to your email within 3–5 business days.
  5. One free revision is included if you request changes within 7 days of delivery.

Delays and Non-Delivery

PDF Download: If your payment was successful but the PDF did not download (browser block, network issue, etc.), try again within the 30-minute window. If the window has expired, contact us at hello@zustresume.com with your Razorpay order ID and we will manually extend your window or process a refund.

"Ask Us to Create" Service: If we have not delivered your resume within 5 business days and have not contacted you about a delay, you are entitled to a full refund as per our Refund Policy.

No Physical Shipping

ZustResume does not ship physical products. There are no shipping charges, no courier services, and no tracking numbers. All products and services are delivered digitally via in-browser download or email.
