1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZustResume ("the Service", "we", "our") at any of our web pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ZustResume provides an online resume builder that includes AI-assisted content generation, ATS scoring, professional templates, and PDF export. Certain features — specifically watermark-free PDF downloads and the "Ask Us to Create" resume writing service — require a paid transaction processed via Razorpay.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to make a payment on this platform.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments

  • PDF Download (₹99 per download): Each watermark-free PDF download requires a separate payment of ₹99 (inclusive of all taxes). Payment grants you the right to download one clean PDF within a 30-minute window.
  • "Ask Us to Create" Service (₹500): A one-time payment for our team to manually create a professional resume on your behalf.
  • All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. ZustResume does not store your card or UPI credentials.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

The resume content you create using this Service remains your property. ZustResume retains all rights to the platform, templates, AI prompts, and underlying code. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our templates or platform for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Upload or submit content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary content from the platform.
  • Submit false payment information or attempt to circumvent the payment gateway.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZustResume is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of our Service will result in job offers, interview calls, or ATS system approval. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZustResume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
